"Katia Kabanova" (OperaZuid, Maastricht 2011)

Die folgenden Zeichnungen sind fuer “Katia Kabanova“. Die Oper spield in Russland während der Jahrhundertwende (1860 im Original der Oper, 1890 in dieser Version) und hat mehr historisch korrekte Designs als "Faust".

Aber zuerst ein paar Fotos der letztendlichen Aufführung. Die Bühne war komplett mit Schlamm bedeckt - was ich auch in den Zeichnungen andeuten musste.
